Glen
E. Aubrey, President/CEO
Glen
Aubrey believes in creative communication. Indeed whether as a consultant
to business, conference speaker, writer, musician, or commercial producer/arranger,
his clear task is to communicate truth authentically, without reservation,
with integrity.
Glen
has a passion for people and is an advocate of people development, believing
that people are an organization's greatest resource. Because healthy relationships
matter most, he believes wholeheartedly in accountable and authentic investment

context of understanding that who people are is more important than what
they do.
Glen
speaks to the heart, and in his own creative ways, challenges his listeners
to do all they should do, because of who they are and are becoming. Come
prepared to listen intently, participate wholeheartedly, be stretched,
think creatively, act passionately, and impact lives with renewed and perhaps
new commitment.

Mark
Chrysler
Creative
Team Resources Group is founded on the simple premise that a person is
more important than what he or she does. This principle has been a cornerstone
in Mark's career and personal development.
The
statement is a strong component of the foundation of his credibility in
being an integral part of the CTRG Team. Mark believes in value-based teaching.
In order for any instruction to be successful, there must be integrity
validated by experience.
Describing
his experience, Mark has stated, "I think a singular most important testing
ground is the home. I am married to a brilliantly successful mom as well
as a working woman. I am honored to have two children who are the light
of my life. Although we are far from perfect, we live in a house that is
founded on warmth and felt acceptance of each other's unique talents and
gifts. We believe in each other. Tammie is my wife, Jonathan is my son,
and Jenna is my daughter."
In
1981 Mark started to work with a non-profit organization dedicated to helping
the youth of our community, called Campus Life. Personal growth in this
arena enabled him to experience first-hand the principles of team building.
Through other career changes it became apparent that he was developing
a strong ability to recruit, establish and train teams to be involved in
community outreach activities as well as helping others achieve individual
growth. Collectively, these "real life" experiences constituted a "home
run" in his integrity as a consultant. Mark has experienced the rewards
of the principles he is teaching, and he is thoroughly convinced of their
authenticity.
To
round off Mark's experience tally sheet, he has a strong technical background.
He is thoroughly familiar with all phases of the construction industry.
Not only does Mark hold a Journey-level trade certificate; he is also a
certified building inspector. Mark's collective attributes provide unique
perspectives of the potential diverse groups that he is training and with
whom he consults. Coupling multiple environments, both in the non-profit
and for-profit arenas is proving to be a great resource from which to work
and through which to contribute.

She worked for San Diego's classic rock station KGB 101.5 for nine years and earned the role of top Account Executive and Associate Sales Manager. She then became the National Sales Manager with well known radio stations KFMB 760 and STAR 100.7. After serving KFMB for four years, she moved to Salem Communications as Sales Manager and was quickly promoted to the position of General Manager within the year. She met CTRG President and CEO, Glen Aubrey, while in this capacity. CTRG was working with the Salem stations, building leadership and teams. For the next four years Glen and Judy worked closely together to build a healthy successful team of people that knew well that "they were more important than the jobs they did."
Currently she is an Advertising and Marketing Consultant. Her responsibilities within CTRG are to assist in the growth and continued success of the company by promoting CTRG training and merchandise.
