Volume I, Number 11 June, 2006

Leaders look for ways to help followers succeed, and engage in their search efforts continually. While leaders do not own followers' wins, leaders can and must instruct their followers, showing how goals and objectives can be achieved.

Name the significant leaders who have influenced you. Then name those from that list who have invested in you for positive and regenerating results. The ones on the second list most likely defined frameworks in which you learned to succeed.

Repeat these actions for your followers and expand these benefits. Winning through great followers outlasts the negative challenges to growth that are sure to come along, and demonstrates to an expanding network what great leadership is-in your life and theirs.
