Leadership wins when it celebrates the victories of its followers. Celebrations are important to the life of any team. Completing a project and immediately moving to the next one is not appropriate, demoralizing, and tells the producers that they were only as valuable as the results they achieved. Take the time to recognize and reward success!

Causes for celebration are observed quicker when relationships are strong and communication procedures active.
