Change is challenging. The leader who promotes best people, practices, and production embraces healthy and needed change, preparing his or her followers to embrace it.
Changing behavior is a mark of maturity when new and better behavior accompanies new and beneficial information. Leaders react to news, prepare for it, and create it. Leaders anticipate change, plan for what should come, and help followers understand why positive change is required.
How do you and your team handle change? Who is the positive change agent on your team? If you are the leader, consider this: How often do you initiate needful change and help prepare your people to embrace it, giving them solid reasons, and helping them through processes of growth?
What changes are coming for you? How should they best be handled for the good of your team, its production, and your organization’s growth?
